The frenetic pace of Bangkok can be temporarily escaped in one of the city's many parks, which are located across the metropolitan area. Lumpini Park, which can be found in the middle of the city, is by far the most visited park in Bangkok. The expansive and verdant Lumpini Park features a lake, several gardens, and a network of pedestrian routes. People come here to get their exercise, to unwind, and to interact with one another. Other popular parks in Bangkok include Benjakitti Park, Chatuchak Park, and Wachirabenchatat Park. 

Jogging and other activities that take place outside are extremely common in Bangkok's many parks and other green places. The following is a list of some of the most popular parks in Bangkok for jogging, along with the addresses of those parks:

Lumpini Park:
Address: Rama IV Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.

Over 142 acres in size, Lumpini Park is located in the middle of Bangkok and is often considered to be the city's most popular and largest park. With its verdant vegetation, winding paths for exercise, and placid lakes, this verdant oasis provides a tranquil getaway from the commotion and activity of the city. The park is home to a diverse collection of flora and fauna, including over 30 kinds of birds, monitor lizards, and turtles, among other animals. 

Visitors are welcome to participate in a variety of outdoor sports, such as jogging, cycling, rowing, and even tai chi and yoga if they so choose. In addition, the park is home to a number of notable attractions, including the Lumpini Park Library, the Lumpini Park Sports Club, and a monumental statue depicting King Rama VI. Lumpini Park is a popular with both locals and tourists thanks to the variety of attractions it provides in addition to its convenient placement in the heart of the city.

Benjakitti Park:
Address: Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110.

This park features a huge lake and a network of running routes, and it is situated in close proximity to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.  Recreation and relaxation are two of the most common activities enjoyed by visitors to Benjakitti Park. In addition to having a large lake, it also has gardens, walking pathways, a playground, and a workout facility. A variety of artworks and monuments may be found dotted about the park as well.

Chatuchak Park:
Address: Kamphaeng Phet 3 Road, Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.

This park is located near the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market. To get away from the noise and bustle of Bangkok, Chatuchak Park is an excellent spot to go. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city lies this haven of calm and serenity. The park is an excellent location for getting some exercise, unwinding, or just taking in the fresh air and scenery.

Benchasiri Park:
Address: Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110.

This park is located near the Emporium shopping mall and has a large lake and jogging trails.  The park has a total area of 47,000 square meters. It is a well-known destination for leisure activities and rest and relaxation. The park features a lake, a variety of plants, walking routes, a fitness facility, and a children's playground. In addition to that, it is the location of a number of statues and monuments.

Wachirabenchatat Park (Rot Fai Park):
Address: Kamphaeng Phet 3 Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.

The Wachirabenchatat Park is an excellent location for unwinding, getting some exercise, and gaining knowledge about many types of flora. It is also an excellent destination for families with little children. Every day, from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the park is open to visitors.

Suan Luang Rama IX Park:
Address: Srinagarindra Road, Nong Bon, Prawet, Bangkok 10250.

In 1987, to commemorate King Bhumibol Adulyadej's sixtieth birthday, the park was erected as a gift to the people of Thailand. Extensive botanical gardens, a lake, and a pavilion with exhibitions honoring the King are some of the amenities that can be found here. 

The Suan Luang Rama 9 Foundation is in charge of the park's management. Since it was established in 1987, the "Phanmai Ngam Aram Suan Luang Ror Kao" (Beautiful Flora in the Suan Luang Rama IX Park) fair has been hosted here in the month of December on an annual basis since that time.
